Library Services in East Yorba Linda

close to home!
The
Yorba Linda Public Library now has an annex in East Yorba Linda. Located
at 5700 Susanna Bixby Bryant Drive, right by the Susanna
Bixby Bryant Ranch House and Museum, it is a new, convenient way
to use the library.
The
Annex is open 24/7 so you don't have to take a long drive to return your books.
Drop them off any time into our convenient book return.
Want
a good book, CD or magazine, but don't have time to come to the library? Place
a reserve online for whatever you want, and we'll drop it off in a secure
locker at the Annex. We'll email you a notice and you can pick your item up
close to home any time of any day. Reserves are held for two days and cost
50 cents per item – charges will be placed on your library account.
A valid email address must be on file at the library in order to use this
service.

- Search for
the book, CD or other item that you want.
- When you have
found the item in the catalog, click on the title. The new screen should
have a column labeled “Item Information” on the left and an area labeled
“Copy/Holding Information” at the bottom
- Just above
and to the right of “Copy/Holding Information” is a button for “Request
FIRST available copy”. Click on that.
- Enter your
library card and the last four digits of your phone number.
- Beside “Select
a location for pickup,” choose “Museum Annex” from the drop down list.
- Click on request.
- Repeat for
each item you want.
- When the item
is available and has been delivered to the annex, you will get an email
with instructions on how to retrieve your materials. All items will be held
at the Annex for two days.
